How do I get here?

Our studio is located at 10 Anson Road, #03-22. Tanjong Pagar MRT is just a 3-minute walk away. Parking is available at International Plaza for those driving in.

What should I prepare for my initial session?

Please bring comfortable training attire, a water bottle if needed, and your own towel. Training in workout shoes or barefoot are both acceptable.  All other training equipment will be provided in the gym.

Do you accommodate clients of all ages and fitness levels?

Yes. Clients of all ages from teenagers to seniors are welcome. All exercises are carefully scaled to your starting point so training will be progressive and safe.

Will I be paired with the same coach for every session?

Yes. You will be matched with a dedicated coach who oversees your progress.

Do training packages have an expiry date?

Yes, our packages include generous expiry periods and flexible extension policies to help you stay on track without unnecessary pressure. Ask us about the details during your complimentary trial session.

What is the cancellation policy?

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be charged in full.

What happens if I miss a scheduled session without notice?

No-shows are treated as a completed session and deducted from your package. We 
encourage clients to inform their coach in advance so the session can be rescheduled where possible.

Do you offer trial sessions?

Yes. We offer a complimentary first session so you can experience our coaching approach and facility before committing.

Do I need prior training experience?

Not at all. We work with clients across all experience levels, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Every plan is tailored to your current ability and progresses at a pace that suits you.

What if I have an existing injury or condition?

No problem at all. Tell your coach before your session and we will adjust your training to suit you. Already working with a physiotherapist? We're happy to coordinate with your healthcare team to ensure your training program is aligned with your rehabilitation and recovery goals.

How long before I see results?

Most clients notice changes in strength and energy within the first few weeks. Visible physical progress typically follows around the eight to twelve week mark, depending on your starting point, consistency and goals.

Do you offer online or remote coaching?

No. All our training takes place in-person at our gym so we can better guide your technique, intensity and progression in real time.

Do you provide nutrition guidance?

Yes. Our nutritional guidance covers everyday eating habits and meal structure recommendations to support and complement your training results.
